Product Features
- The robot has four-axes, and a horizontal reach of 433 mm (standard) and 588 mm (extended). It is available with 400, 750 or 1,160 mm vertical reach (Z-axis). It includes an IntelliGuide™ servo gripper for handling SBS/microtiter plates, tubes and other labware.
- The optional linear rail extends the robot’s horizontal reach up to 2 meters.
- With embedded controller and connectivity for external equipment, our robots are easy to set up. Robots can be configured and programmed from Guidance Development Studio (GDS) or controlled from scheduling software with out TCS API.
PreciseFlexTM c5
The PreciseFlex c5 robot is ideal for Electronics Test and Handling, Machine Feeding (load/upload), Small Parts Handling, and Lab Automation when more payload is needed.

The PreciseFlex c5 robot, with rotary column, has a unique configuration with a tall Z-axis (up to 1,160 mm). The vertical column work envelope enables the robot to reach into racks, shelves, or stacked machines. This working area is much more efficient than the spherical work envelope used by most traditional robots. PreciseFlex robots offer the highest workspace density, saving valuable floorspace.
